about
This track was performed and recorded in our rehearsal space in Ballard, Seattle. We love capturing organic grooves and chemistry and therefore prefer to record in the same room right next to each other.
Despite its uplifting sound, this song is an anthem to all that have ventured out a little too far and... well... you can read the lyrics.
Someone better pull me from this ocean
Cause I've been drowning in the tides
Swimming here for such a long time
I guess it's now I'll pay the price
Drowning in, drowning in the tides
Pulled in, pulled in by surprise
Drowning in, drowning in the tides
There is no one in my field of view
I guess there's no more hitching rides (no more!)
Sometimes the answer comes from deep inside (inside)
There is no where left to hide
There is no where, there is no where left to hide
Drowning in, drowning in the tides
There is no where, there is no where left to hide
Drowning in, drowning in the tides
(The Tides)
Drowning in, drowning in the tides
Pulled in, pulled in by surprise
Drowning in, drowning in the tides
(The Tides)
